Why Medicine production matters
Easy to ignore until Pals start catching illnesses, at which point an unstaffed medicine bench means sick workers idling.
Innate is not the same as final. The levels below are innate: what a Pal has before you touch it. Since the 1.0 release the ceiling is 10, and ranking a Pal up at a Pal Essence Condenser raises one of its work suitability levels, so a Pal that starts lower can be pushed past one that starts higher.
