WoW Weekly Reset Timer

The WoW weekly reset is on Tuesday at 15:00 UTC for US realms, Wednesday at 04:00 UTC for EU realms (05:00 CET) and Wednesday at 23:00 UTC for Korea and Taiwan. That is when raid lockouts clear, the Great Vault opens and a fresh Mythic+ keystone is waiting. The daily reset runs at the same clock time every day.

The UTC times are fixed all year. Local clocks shift by an hour when daylight saving starts or ends, and the table is computed from the real time zone rules, so it already shows the current reading.

WoW daily reset time

The daily reset happens every day at the same clock time as the weekly reset: 15:00 UTC on US realms, 04:00 UTC on EU realms and 23:00 UTC on KR and TW realms. It is the moment daily quests come back.

Where these hours come from: Blizzard's own announcements give the US daily and weekly reset as one unified time, 15:00 UTC, and the EU weekly reset as 05:00 CET since 16 November 2022. Blizzard has not published an exact time for the EU, KR and TW daily resets; the 04:00 UTC and 23:00 UTC daily hours above are what players observe in game and what Warcraft Wiki records, not a Blizzard statement.

What the weekly reset clears

  • Raid lockouts: Every raid lockout opens again, so bosses killed last week can be killed again this week.
  • Great Vault: Rewards earned last week become available to collect, and the slots for the new week start empty.
  • Mythic+ keystone: A new keystone is waiting in the Great Vault. You hold one keystone at a time and receive one per week.
  • Mythic dungeons: Mythic 0 dungeon lockouts clear together with the raids.
  • Weekly quests: The weekly quests of the current content can be picked up again.
  • World bosses: Each world boss can be looted once per week, and that counter restarts here.

What the daily reset clears

  • Daily quests: Daily quests become available again, with their reputation and rewards.
  • Not the weekly things: Raid lockouts, the Great Vault and your keystone are untouched by the daily reset; they wait for the weekly one.

Before reset: Great Vault checklist

  • Raid row: Kill 2 / 4 / 6 raid bosses to unlock the three raid vault slots.
  • Dungeon row: Complete 1 / 4 / 8 Mythic+, Heroic or Timewalking dungeons.
  • World row: Complete 2 / 4 / 8 world activities (Delves, world quests, events).

What time does the Great Vault reset?

The Great Vault resets at the weekly reset: Tuesday 15:00 UTC on US realms, Wednesday 04:00 UTC on EU realms and Wednesday 23:00 UTC on KR and TW realms. Rewards from last week become available to collect and the new week's slots start empty.

When is the daily reset?

The daily reset happens every day at the same clock time as the weekly reset: 15:00 UTC on US realms, 04:00 UTC on EU realms and 23:00 UTC on KR and TW realms.

When is the WoW weekly reset in the US?

US realms reset on Tuesday at 15:00 UTC. On the east coast that is 11:00 EDT in summer or 10:00 EST in winter, and on the west coast 08:00 PDT or 07:00 PST.

When does WoW reset in the UK?

UK players on EU realms reset on Wednesday at 04:00 GMT in winter and 05:00 BST in summer, which is the EU weekly reset at 04:00 UTC.

Does the reset time change with daylight saving?

The UTC time stays the same all year. Your local clock reading moves by an hour when daylight saving starts or ends, so the reset feels an hour earlier or later while the UTC value is unchanged.

How long does the weekly maintenance take?

Blizzard publishes the window week by week rather than as one fixed length, in its Weekly Maintenance Schedule support article, which shows one week at a time. For the week of October 6, 2026 it listed one hour for Midnight realms: 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. PDT on Tuesday, October 6 in the Americas, and 03:00 to 04:00 CEST on Wednesday, October 7 in Europe. The weekly reset itself stays at the fixed UTC times above.

What time is the reset after the clocks change in October and November 2026?

05:00 CET in Europe from Wednesday, October 28, 2026 (04:00 GMT in the UK), and 10:00 EST or 07:00 PST in the US from Tuesday, November 3, 2026. The UTC instants do not move: Europe leaves summer time on October 25 and the United States leaves daylight saving time on November 1, so only the local reading changes.
