This week's Mythic+ affixes (week of November 3, 2026; November 4 on EU realms) are Lindormi's Guidance on entry keys, Xal'atath's Bargain: Pulsar from +5, Tyrannical from +7, Fortified from +10 and Xal'atath's Guile from +12. Next week: Xal'atath's Bargain: Ascendant, Fortified at +7 and Tyrannical at +10.
Lindormi's Guidance
Entry keysLindormi guides players, highlighting and weakening specific non-boss enemies. Defeating these enemies will complete the enemy forces requirement. In addition, player deaths no longer reduce time remaining.
Xal'atath's Bargain: Pulsar
+5 and upWhile in combat, Xal'atath summons pulsars that orbit players.
Tyrannical
+7 and upBosses have 25% more health. Bosses and their minions inflict up to 15% increased damage.
Fortified
+10 and upNon-boss enemies have 20% more health and inflict up to 20% increased damage.
Xal'atath's Guile
+12 and upXal'atath betrays players, revoking her bargains while making deaths subtract 15 seconds from time remaining.

Affixes change at the weekly reset: Tuesday 15:00 UTC on US realms, Wednesday 04:00 UTC on EU realms and Wednesday 23:00 UTC on KR and TW realms. Each week the Xal'atath's Bargain affix moves to the next one in the cycle and Fortified and Tyrannical swap places at +7 and +10, so the full rotation repeats every 8 weeks.
What is the Mythic+ affix rotation schedule?
The rotation is a fixed cycle of 8 weeks. With the affix at +7 named second: Pulsar with Fortified, Voidbound with Tyrannical, Devour with Fortified, Pulsar with Tyrannical, Ascendant with Fortified, Voidbound with Tyrannical, Devour with Fortified, Ascendant with Tyrannical. The other of Fortified and Tyrannical is at +10 each week. This week is week 4 of 8.
