Frequently asked questions

Is VaultAlts free?

Yes. Every feature is free for everyone, with unlimited characters, on iOS, Android and the web. No character cap and nothing behind a paywall. The app is ad supported, and there is one optional subscription whose only effect is removing the ads.

Do I need to install a WoW addon?

No. VaultAlts reads your characters through the official Blizzard API after you connect your Battle.net account, nothing to install in the game, and it works even when your PC is off.

Is connecting my Battle.net account safe?

Yes. VaultAlts uses Blizzard's official OAuth login, you sign in on Battle.net's own page and we never see your password. The app only gets read-only access to your WoW profile.

Which regions and realms are supported?

Americas, Europe, Korea and Taiwan, on every realm. You pick your region when you connect Battle.net, and VaultAlts then walks every realm inside it, so the whole roster arrives in one list. If you also play in another region, reconnect and pick that one instead.

What can I track with VaultAlts?

Great Vault progress, your best Mythic+ key in each dungeon this week, the raid bosses each character killed this week, PvP ratings, gear and item level, achievements per character, your account wide mounts, pets and toys, the live WoW Token price, the active affixes and reset timers. Mythic+ rating comes with character lookup and with the players you follow in the activity feed.

Can I check my Great Vault without logging into the game?

That's exactly what VaultAlts is for. Vault slots update from the Blizzard API, so you can check from your phone or this website whether each alt has filled its raid, Mythic+ and world rows before the weekly reset.
