Terms of Service

Welcome to VaultAlts. By using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VaultAlts, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Union) and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

VaultAlts is an unofficial fan made companion app for World of Warcraft players. It tracks your week across every character on your roster: the Great Vault (three rows, raid, Mythic+ and world, nine slots in total), the Mythic+ runs that count toward it, the weekly world boss and the weekly quest, PvP ratings, item level, reputations and achievements. Everything on a character sheet is either read from Blizzard's official API or ticked off by you in the app.

Alongside the roster the app carries a few companion tools: account wide collections, a character lookup for any realm, an item level upgrade calculator, WoW news and the WoW Token price.

VaultAlts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or specifically approved by Blizzard Entertainment.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@vaultalts.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service to violate Blizzard's Terms of Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to abuse the service
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

5. Pricing

Every VaultAlts feature is free for everyone. There is no character limit and nothing is locked behind a paywall. The app is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob, and it comes in two forms: banners on the dashboard, the tools tab and the character sheet, and one full screen ad that can appear when you open a character from the dashboard. The full screen one is frequency capped, at most one every two minutes and at most five in any hour, so a walk through a full roster costs you one of them rather than one per character.

VaultAlts Premium is a single optional subscription, and it does exactly one thing: it removes every ad from the app. It unlocks no features, because no feature is locked. It renews automatically until you cancel, and it is sold by the store the app was installed from.

Premium is offered only where that store is set up to sell it. If it is not available on your store yet, the purchase screen says so, and the app keeps working in full, with advertising. Where it is on sale, the price is shown to you in the app before you confirm, and the billing period is shown next to it whenever the app can name that period; where it cannot, the app says so and the store's own confirmation screen states the exact period before you are charged. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase to the store account you buy with (your Apple ID on the App Store, or your Google account on Google Play), and the subscription renews at the same price unless auto renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in that store's account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals and leaves the period you already paid for intact.

Any price change applies only to periods beginning after the notice the platform requires. If we ever change what the subscription includes, the change is announced with at least 30 days' notice, it never takes away anything you already have, and no feature that is free today is moved behind payment.

6. Refunds

Subscriptions are sold by Apple and Google, not by us, so refunds are handled by those stores directly under their own refund policies. We cannot issue or reverse a store charge ourselves. Contact us at support@vaultalts.com and we will help you route the request to the right place.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

VaultAlts is provided AS IS, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for:

• Any data loss or service interruption
• In game consequences (missed lockouts, vault rewards, and the like)

These Terms put no monetary cap on what we owe you, and nothing in them limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit. Your rights under the consumer law where you live are unaffected.

9. Trademark

World of Warcraft® and Battle.net® are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. All character names, realm names, item names, and game data belong to their respective owners.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes implies acceptance. Material changes will be announced via in app notification or email at least 14 days before taking effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good faith discussion at support@vaultalts.com will be brought before the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye.

12. Apple App Store (iOS Users)

If you downloaded VaultAlts from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply (Apple Required EULA Provisions):

• Acknowledgment: These Terms are between you and VaultAlts only, and not with Apple Inc. (Apple). Apple is not responsible for VaultAlts or its content.
• Scope of License: The license granted to you for VaultAlts is a limited, non transferable license to use VaultAlts on Apple branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms.
• Maintenance and Support: VaultAlts (not Apple) is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish maintenance or support services with respect to VaultAlts.
• Warranty: VaultAlts is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of VaultAlts.
• Product Claims: VaultAlts (not Apple) is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession and use of it, including: (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (c) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
• Intellectual Property Rights: In the event of any third party claim that the app or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, VaultAlts (not Apple) is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
• Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (a) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a terrorist supporting country; and (b) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Third Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.
