The best WoW alt tracker in 2026 is the one that shows every character on your account in one list, with the Great Vault, this week's Mythic+ keys and raid kills next to each name. As of September 2026 two phone apps do that from Blizzard's API, VaultAlts and RealmMate; the Armory website and Raider.IO show one character at a time.

What an alt tracker can read from Blizzard's API
Every app in the table reads the same public Profile API, so the ceiling is the same for all of them. Per character it publishes equipped gear and item level, the Mythic+ keystone profile with this week's best runs and rating, encounter data listing the raid bosses you have killed, completed quests, achievements, collections and PvP brackets. It does not publish the vault's reward choices, your gold, bags, bank or Auction House. A phone app can therefore show how many vault slots you have unlocked, never what is inside them.
Before you compare numbers between apps. Raid kills and Mythic+ runs come straight from the API, but there is no API field for the vault's world row. VaultAlts estimates that row from the weekly quests the API reports as completed, so it can lag the in game count until the next sync. Its Mythic+ count is one per dungeon with a keystone run this week, so a dungeon run twice, and Heroic or Timewalking runs, do not add to it while they do count in game.
Alt tracker or addon?
