Your WoW weekly checklist

Each WoW week has three things worth finishing per character before reset: raid bosses toward 2, 4 and 6 kills, dungeons toward 1, 4 and 8 completions, and world activities toward 2, 4 and 8. The list below puts them in the order that loses the least if you run out of time, with Season 2's weekly quests named and the reset instant for your region.

When the week ends for you
The week ends at the weekly reset: Tuesday 15:00 UTC in the Americas, Wednesday 04:00 UTC in Europe, Wednesday 23:00 UTC in Korea and Taiwan, fixed in UTC across daylight saving. What clears at that instant and what does not is on the WoW weekly reset page. Frequently asked questions
What should I do first after the weekly reset?
Open the Great Vault on each character and take the item, or 6 Thalassian Tokens of Merit, or 1 Nebulous Voidcore if three or more slots were unlocked. It is the only step of the week that pays out, and it needs the game.
How many dungeons do I need for the full dungeon row?
Eight completed Heroic, Mythic 0, Mythic+ or Timewalking dungeons. The first slot opens at one, the second at four. Each slot's item level follows the lowest run that fills it, so the fourth and eighth best keys matter.
Which world activities count for the world row?
Delves, Prey hunts, Ritual Sites and other world activities, toward 2, 4 and 8. The item level follows the tier: Tier 8 Delves and Nightmare Prey reach Hero track. VaultAlts estimates this row from the weekly quests the API reports as completed.
Does the checklist reset at the same time everywhere?
No. Each region has its own instant: Tuesday 15:00 UTC in the Americas, Wednesday 04:00 UTC in Europe, Wednesday 23:00 UTC in Korea and Taiwan. The instants are fixed in UTC, so local times shift with daylight saving.
